    Acknowledgment and Agreement:

    By accessing this website and its contents, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

    Obligation of Confidentiality:

    You agree to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential, not disclosing it to any third party without prior written consent from Starke-Matter Studios. The Confidential Information is to be used solely for evaluating or discussing potential business relationships with Starke-Matter Studios.

    Protection of Confidential Information:

    You must protect the confidentiality of the Confidential Information with the utmost care, at least as much as you would with your own confidential material, but never less than a reasonable standard of care.

    Return of Materials:

    All provided materials remain the property of Starke-Matter Studios and must be returned, along with any copies, upon request.

    No License:

    This agreement does not grant any rights or licenses to use the Confidential Information, except as explicitly stated.

    Term:

    You are not obligated by this Agreement if the Confidential Information was known to you prior to your engagement with Starke-Matter Studios, is publicly disclosed through no fault of yours, is legally received from another source, or is independently developed by you without reference to the Confidential Information.

    Survival of Terms:

    Your obligation to protect the Confidential Information survives the termination of this Agreement and continues for five years from the date you first received the Confidential Information.

    Recourse for Violation:

    Any breach of this Agreement subjects you to the strictest penalties under provincial and federal law, including monetary damages, injunctive relief, and other legal actions, especially under the rigorous standards of Quebec law.

    Consent:
