Acknowledgment and Agreement:

Return of Materials:
Any materials or documents that have been furnished by Starke-Matter Studios in connection with the visit to this website will remain the property of Starke-Matter Studios and must be returned upon request along with any copies thereof.
No License:
Nothing herein shall be construed as granting any rights or licenses to use any Confidential Information other than as expressly permitted under this agreement.
Term:
This Agreement imposes no obligation on you with respect to any portion of the Confidential Information which: (a) was known to you before receipt from Starke-Matter Studios; (b) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of yours; (c) is disclosed to you by a third party legally entitled to make such disclosure without breach of any obligation; (d) is independently developed by you without use of or reference to the Confidential Information.
Survival of Terms:
Your duty to protect the Confidential Information shall survive any termination of this Agreement and will continue for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure of the Confidential Information.
Recourse for Violation:
In the event of a breach of this Agreement, you agree to be subject to the strictest provisions of provincial and federal law. Recourse for any violation includes, but is not limited to, monetary damages, injunctive relief, and other legal actions as permitted under Canadian law, with a particular emphasis on compliance with the stringent legal standards of Quebec.
Consent:

Survival of Terms:

Your obligation to protect the Confidential Information survives the termination of this Agreement and continues for five years from the date you first received the Confidential Information.

Recourse for Violation:

Any breach of this Agreement subjects you to the strictest penalties under provincial and federal law, including monetary damages, injunctive relief, and other legal actions, especially under the rigorous standards of Quebec law.
